About Exam #2
Today we had the Exam #2. I felt pretty confident on the exam, because I studied all night and all morning long to make sure I understood all the following discussions that we have been going over the past few weeks in class. What I have done differently this time around was I separated my studying by two parts. First thing I studied is the signal words and the discussions on how topics and main ideas are expressed. But my main studying goes to the vocabulary because we have so many to know from review one or two. On the other exams I am going to approach it the same way I approached this one, by studying in two parts so you know you studied both parts at the same time. My expectations has been the same for Exam #1 because I already know how the test are for still's class. I will approach the future exam the same as I did this exam because I found a way that will help me stay focused on studying. My advice to my classmates on future exams is that always study even though you do not want to. Because Mr. Still can tell when people do not study. It can show on the test. Every test your going to take will always be free response so that means try writing out questions to yourself that you think that might be on the test because by doing that it can help you understand more on the discussions that was said in class. My big advice to you is NEVER be afraid to write or say the wrong answer because you can always gain knowledge from being wrong sometimes. Now the exam #2 is over I can finally relax and get my mind back on track and be ready for the next big exam soon.
I am going to approach the future test the same way I did this exam.
ReplyDeleteConfidence is the way to approach things. I never thought about writing out questions to myself, I'm going to try that and see if it works.
ReplyDeleteI also seperated my studying into parts
ReplyDeleteYes I totally agree with the amount of vocabulary we had. I also agree with you on always study for upcoming exams no matter what tries to stop you or bother you.
