Recap of Spring 2018 Semester

  This blog #7 is going to be about my recap of my Spring 2018 semester here at Blinn. So far I have gained so much knowledge over the past few months so far.  I have gained new study methods that I am going to keep going for every course that I may take here at Blinn. The first study method is always look over the notes after class and make flashcards with the new words or phrases. The second study method is everyday do a mini quiz to test yourself to see what you know or what you need to learn more in class or outside of class. I will take all the study methods I learned this semester will also go with me to help me with future courses because it helps me to understand what is being taught in the lesson. 
  My cognitive toolbox has grown a little more then last semester with the few classes that I have right now because I have the knowledge from last classes to help me understand the material and look at the material in a different way for my mind to soak it all in. My cognitive is way better by paying attention to what is said in class, putting in good thoughts or ideas on the subject, and memorizing the words that needs to be memorized.  This Spring 2018 semester helped be better my wear skills that I have for a few courses that I am not so good in. My biggest weakest skill is time management, I always do my homework at the last second because I do not want to do it because It is mainly my math because that is my worst subject to do right now. bu over the semester I have learn to over come that and make a schedule and stick to it no matter what is was.
  I have learned from all my skills to always better them so I can get through college and show that all the studies and courses I taken helped me to have a good education. I am taking four courses here at Blinn this semester. My first class is Theater, so I can get an art credit so I picked Theater because I love watching plays and learning how they come together to make a play happen and even knowing how Theater even started in the first place. My second class is Pre-Algebra like any other person here at Blinn needs to take to pass on. My third class is English with Mr. Still, yes this might be my second time with him but I learn so much about the course now I feel pretty confident to finish this course, But i will say by far Mr. Still has been my favorite class not because of him but for what i have learned over the past two semesters with him. Lastly is my Medical Terminology that is my online class that I need to pass in order to get into the Radiology Program here at Blinn. By far I have learned so much from all my classes and I hope in the future I will carry my knowledge to help me to get my future job for Radiology. I hope everyone had a good semester this 2018 Spring semester.
